摘 要:针对风电齿轮箱行星轮系中滑动轴承的应用需求,采用强制润滑的方式对行星轮滑动轴承提供润滑,基于对齿轮箱行星轮系功率损失和供油量的计算结果设计润滑管路系统,利用滑环和空心轴结构实现润滑油输送。通过对所涉及的行星架、销轴内置管路进行流体稳态分析,验证了所设计润滑管路的合理性,并优化设计方案。研究表明,在设计行星轮滑动轴承润滑管路时,需根据实际管路流向,合理设计支路管路参数,并结合节流器的设置,实现滑动轴承的均匀润滑。对管路模型的仿真表明,销轴内管路流通路径方向各润滑出口流量呈逐渐减小的趋势;通过节流器的布置和增加润滑油温度可以少量均衡各段润滑管路流量,但上述的减小趋势未能得到有效改善;结合节流器的布置,沿销轴内管路流通方向,改变径向管路直径由小至大、轴向管路直径由大至小,并进行适当调整,可使各出口流量平均偏差程度降低64.8%,明显改善各出口流量情况。According to the application requirements of the sliding bearings in the planetary gear train of wind power gearbox,the method of forced lubrication was adopted to provide lubrication for the sliding bearings of the planetary gear train.Based on the calculation results of the power loss and oil supply of the planetary gear train of the gear box,the lubrication pipeline system was designed,and the lubricating oil was transported by using the slip ring and hollow shaft structure.Through the fluid steady-state analysis of the internal pipelines of planetary frame and pin,the rationality of the designed lubrication pipeline was verified and the design scheme was optimized.It is found that when designing the lubrication pipeline of planetary wheel plain bearing,it is necessary to reasonably design the branch pipeline parameters according to the actual pipeline flow direction and combine with the setting of the throttle to achieve uniform lubrication of plain bearing.The simulation of the pipeline model shows that the flow rate of each lubrication outlet in the direction of the pipeline flow path inside the pin shaft gradually decreases.Through the arrangement of restrictor and the increase of lubricating oil temperature,the flow of each lubricating pipe can be slightly equalized.However,the above-mentioned decreasing trend can not be effectively improved.By combining the arrangement of the throttle and changing the radial pipe diameter from small to large and the axial pipe diameter from large to small along the flow direction of the pipe inside the pin shaft,and making appropriate adjustments,the average deviation degree of each outlet flow is reduced by 64.8%,significantly improving the flow situation at each outlet.
