摘  要:为研究纤维缠绕复合材料性能的影响因素,设计并搭建一种湿法单轴纤维缠绕机,该缠绕机可综合控制缠绕速度、缠绕角度、缠绕张力等成型参数,可实时采集纤维缠绕成型过程中的张力变化。选用玻璃纤维作为增强材料,环氧树脂作为基体材料,采用设计的纤维缠绕机制备玻璃纤维缠绕增强的复合材料,通过力学性能和摩擦性能试验对复合材料性能进行验证。结果表明:利用该缠绕机制备的复合材料力学性能得到了提升,与纯环氧树脂相比,弯曲强度增强了2.24 MPa,压缩强度增强了120.92 MPa,硬度提高了11.5HD;同时复合材料摩擦学性能也得到明显提升,其中平均摩擦因数均降低了0.01左右,磨损量降低了16.2%。测试结果验证了设计的缠绕机可用于制备纤维缠绕复合材料。In order to study the factors affecting the properties of filament wound composites,a fiber winding machine was designed and constructed to be employed in fiber winding molding.The winding machine can comprehensively control the winding speed,winding angle,winding tension and other forming parameters,and can real-timely collect the tension changes in the process of fiber winding.Glass fiber was selected as the reinforcement material,epoxy resin was used as the matrix material,and the glass fiber reinforced composite was prepared by the designed fiber winding machine,which was verified by the mechanical properties and friction properties tests.The properties of the composites were verified by mechanical and friction tests.The results show that the mechanical properties of composites prepared by this winding mechanism are improved,with a 2.24 MPa increase in bending strength,120.92 MPa in compressive strength and 11.5HD of hardness when compared to epoxy resin.The tribological properties of the composites are also significantly improved,the average friction coefficient is reduced by about 0.01,and the wear loss is reduced by 16.2%.The test results demonstrate that the device can be employed to fabricate fiber winding composites.
