摘  要:随着钻井环境的日益复杂与苛刻,常规钻井液用润滑剂在钻井工程中难以发挥有效的减摩抗磨作用。采用微胶囊技术,以二氧化硅为壁材,润滑剂为芯材,制备2种胶囊润滑剂:ATF6润滑油胶囊(ATF6@HSM)及QT311润滑剂胶囊(QT311@HSM),将其分别添加至无机盐钻井液中并通过四球试验机测试其减摩抗磨性能。结果表明:钻井液中添加质量分数2%ATF6@HSM后,摩擦因数降低30%,磨斑直径降低12%,效果优于ATF6;经过长时间老化后ATF6失效,而ATF6@HSM仍能发挥较优的减摩抗磨作用,说明胶囊润滑剂壁材可以保护芯材,同时能够在摩擦区域定点释放润滑剂,从而在钻井液中能够发挥出优异的减摩抗磨性能;2%QT311@HSM添加至钻井液后摩擦因数降低39%,磨斑直径降低22%。With the increasing complexity and severity of drilling environments,it is difficult for conventional lubricants used in drilling fluids to effectively reduce friction and wear in drilling operations.By employing microcapsule technology,using silica as the shell material and lubricants as the core material,two types of capsule lubricants,ATF6 oil capsule(ATF6@HSM)and QT311 lubricant capsule(QT311@HSM),were prepared.The capsule lubricants were separately added to inorganic salt-based drilling fluids and tested for their friction reducing and anti-wear properties using a four-ball tester.The results show that the friction coefficient is reduced by 30%and the wear scar diameter by 12%after adding 2%(by mass)ATF6@HSM to the drilling fluid,superior to ATF6.After a long period of aging,ATF6 became ineffective.While ATF6@HSM still demonstrates excellent friction reducing and anti-wear properties,indicating that the capsule shell material can protect the core material and release the lubricant locally in the friction zone,hereby exhibiting excellent performance in drilling fluids.The friction coefficient is reduced by 39%and the wear scar diameter by 22%after adding 2%(by mass)QT311@HSM to the drilling fluid.Furthermore,the capsule lubricants exhibit excellent tribological performance under high-salt conditions,demonstrating a certain degree of salt resistance.
