摘 要:为制定合理换油周期,以保障机组的安全运行,对水轮机组润滑油的使用寿命进行观测研究。基于Arrhenius氧化动力学方程,通过高温老化试验模拟润滑油的氧化过程,分析温度对润滑油理化指标的影响;通过线性拟合温度与理化指标变化速率的关系,求解出活化能和频率因子,分别建立以运动黏度、酸值和旋转氧弹值作为评价指标的润滑油寿命预测模型。结果表明:随着温度升高,润滑油中分子的热运动加剧油品的氧化降解,润滑油寿命显著下降;寿命预测模型的预测值和试验值吻合性较好,但不同评价指标的寿命预测模型的预测结果存在差异。采用层次分析法确定在润滑油寿命预测中不同评价指标的重要程度的权重,建立多评价指标寿命预测模型,能够快速和准确地预测水轮机组的润滑油使用寿命。In order to establish reasonable oil change cycle to ensure the safe operation of the units,the service life of lubricating oil used in hydraulic turbine units was studied.Based on the Arrhenius oxidation kinetics equation,the oxidation process of the lubricating oil was simulated through high-temperature aging tests.The effects of temperature on physicochemical indicators of the lubricating oil were analyzed.By linearly fitting the relationship between temperature and the change rate of the evaluation indicators,the activation energy and frequency factor were calculated.The life prediction models of the lubricating oil were established with kinematic viscosity,acid number,and rotary oxygen bomb values as evaluation indicators,respectively.The results show that with the increase of temperature,the thermal motion of molecules in the lubricating oil intensifies the oxidation degradation,and the service life of lubricating oil is significantly reduced.The predicted values of the life prediction model have good agreement with the experimental values,but there are differences in the life prediction results of the models with different evaluation indicators.The analytic hierarchy process was used to determine the weight of the importance of different evaluation indicators in predicting the service life of lubricating oil,a multi-evaluation indicator life prediction model was established,which can quickly and accurately predict the service life of lubricating oil for hydraulic turbine units.
