摘 要:文章以新能源汽车某型电流传感器的电连接器为研究对象,系统分析电连接器的接触机理及失效形式,并根据新能源汽车电连接器常见失效模式设计出可靠性测试方案。试验结果表明,该电连接器在振动、温湿度等环境因素影响下具有良好的连接可靠性。同时,通过插拔力测试和有限元仿真分析,验证仿真方法能够准确模拟插拔过程中的应力分布和力学特性。本研究期望为新能源汽车电流传感器电连接器的设计选型和可靠性验证提供重要参考。This paper takes the electric connector of a type of current sensor of new energy vehicles as the research object,systematically analyzes the contact mechanism and failure form of the electric connector,and designs a reliability test scheme according to the common failure mode of the electric connector of new energy vehicles.The test results show that the electric connector has good connection reliability under the influence of environmental factors such as vibration,temperature and humidity.At the same time,through the insertion force test and finite element simulation analysis,it is verified that the simulation method can accurately simulate the stress distribution and mechanical characteristics during the insertion and removal process.This study is expected to provide an important reference for the design,selection and reliability verification of electric connectors for current sensors in new energy vehicles.
