摘 要:随着新能源商用车的发展,动力电池保温措施显得尤为重要。现有的保温策略缺乏智能控制,无法根据电池的实际状态和环境条件实时调整保温方式和保温时间,可能导致能源浪费或电池过热等问题。文章设计一种动力电池柴暖保温系统,通过BCM、BMS和VCU协同工作控制柴暖加热控制器和水泵的工作,使得在低温环境下动力电池处于合适的温度区间,减少因温度变化引起的电池性能下降,从而提高整个车辆的性能和安全。With the development of new energy commercial vehicles,power battery insulation measures are particularly important.The existing insulation strategy lacks intelligent control,and can not adjust the insulation method and insulation time in real time according to the actual state of the battery and environmental conditions,which may lead to energy waste or battery overheating.In this paper,a kind of power battery thermal insulation system is designed.BCM,BMS and VCU work together to control the heating controller and water pump to make the power battery in a suitable temperature range under low temperature environment,reduce the deterioration of battery performance caused by temperature change,and thus improve the performance and safety of the whole vehicle.
