摘 要:文章针对芯片紧缺为零部件生产带来的压力,设计一种具有打嗝模式输出的高边开关分立元件电路以应对高边开关供应紧缺的情况。从设计需求出发,分析硬件电路、原理,并设计出具有打嗝模式输出的高边开关电路。经过验证,该电路可以根据驱动管的能力和调整限流电阻的大小来提高带负载的能力。该电路可应用于各类不需要对负载监测的场合,且具有更佳成本的优势。Aiming at the pressure brought by chip shortage to parts production,a high side switch discrete component circuit with hiccup mode output is designed to cope with the shortage of high side switch supply.Based on the design requirements,the hardware circuit and principle are analyzed,and a high-side switching circuit with hiccup mode output is designed.It has been proved that the circuit can improve the capacity of carrying load according to the ability of the drive tube and adjust the size of the current limiting resistance.The circuit can be applied to all kinds of occasions without load monitoring,and has the advantage of better cost.
