摘 要:随着现代工业的不断发展,车载电子产品的日益普及致使车辆的电磁兼容问题变得愈发复杂。电机驱动系统作为车辆内部关键的干扰源,对整车的电磁兼容性能产生着重大影响。鉴于此,开展电机电磁兼容性的研究兼具重要的理论和实际应用价值。文章运用等效线束法对电机绕组模型予以简化。为验证该简化模型的有效性,将其计算结果与电机实际运行时所采集的实测数据进行对比。经实践证明,此简化模型能精准地反映电机的真实电磁辐射情况,这为研发和整改工作提供了极大的便利,有助于大幅缩短研发周期。同时,深入研究屏蔽措施对电机电磁骚扰的改善效果,结果表明,屏蔽能够有效地解决电机的电磁兼容问题。另外,还对线束接头接触不良现象对电磁兼容性能的影响进行探讨,并验证准确性,为深入理解和解决车辆电机的电磁兼容问题提供更全面的视角。With the continuous development of modern industry,the increasing popularity of on-board electronic products makes the electromagnetic compatibility of vehicles more and more complicated.As the key interference source inside the vehicle,the motor drive system has a great impact on the electromagnetic compatibility performance of the vehicle.In view of this,the research on electromagnetic compatibility of motor has important theoretical and practical application value.In this paper,the equivalent wire harness method is used to simplify the motor winding model.In order to verify the validity of the simplified model,the calculated results are compared with the measured data collected during the actual operation of the motor.Practice has proved that this simplified model can accurately reflect the real electromagnetic radiation of the motor,which provides great convenience for research and development and rectification work,and helps to greatly shorten the research and development cycle.At the same time,the improvement effect of shielding measures on electromagnetic disturbance of motor is deeply studied.The results show that shielding can effectively solve the electromagnetic compatibility problem of motor.In addition,the influence of the bad contact phenomenon on the electromagnetic compatibility performance of the wire harness is also discussed,and the accuracy is verified,which provides a more comprehensive perspective for understanding and solving the electromagnetic compatibility problems of the vehicle motor.
