摘 要:文章旨在探讨一种新型的汽车燃油表均匀性虚拟测试技术,即通过使用直流电阻箱模拟燃油电阻来实现对汽车燃油表的均匀性测试。传统的燃油表测试方法通常耗时且成本较高,新方案通过直流电阻箱提供精确的电阻模拟,实现燃油量的虚拟注入,能够有效简化测试过程,提高测试效率。该方案在试验中设计相应的试验流程,记录和分析测试数据,验证该方法在实际应用中的有效性与可靠性。研究结果表明,使用直流电阻箱模拟燃油电阻的方法具有设备简单、成本低、可重复性好的优点,为汽车燃油表的测试提供一种新的虚拟测试方案。This article aims to explore a new virtual testing technology for automotive fuel gauge uniformity,which simulates fuel resistance using a DC resistance box to achieve uniformity testing of automotive fuel gauges.The traditional fuel gauge testing method is usually time-consuming and costly,the new solution in this article provides accurate resistance simulation through a DC resistance box,realizing virtual injection of fuel quantity,which can effectively simplify the testing process and improve testing efficiency.This solution have designed corresponding experimental procedures,recorded and analyzed test data,and verified the effectiveness and reliability of this method in practical applications.The research results indicate that using a DC resistance box to simulate fuel resistance has the advantages of simple equipment,low cost,and good repeatability,providing a new virtual testing scheme for automotive fuel gauge testing.
