摘 要:随着汽车“新四化”的发展,对电器部件的性能要求越来越高,相应的试验标准也在更新以适应新的发展需求。文章通过对比标准ISO 16750-2:2023和GB/T 28046.2—2019的差异,分析对于汽车低压电器系统电气负荷要求及试验方法的细节要求,并对试验方法差异点进一步解读。结合具体叠加交流电压试验案例,说明新的布置要求,明确试验步骤要求,为汽车低压电器部件的标准试验和研发要求提供参考。With the development of the"new four modernizations"of automobiles,the performance requirements of electrical components are becoming higher and higher,and the corresponding test standards are also being updated to meet the new development needs.By comparing the differences between ISO 16750-2:2023 and GB/T 28046.2—2019,this paper analyzes the electrical load requirements for automotive low voltage electrical systems and the detailed requirements of test methods,and further interprets the differences of test methods.Combined with the specific test case of superimposed alternating voltage,the new layout requirements are explained,and the test steps are specified.This paper provides reference for the standard test and research and development requirements of automotive low voltage electrical components.
