摘 要:随着汽车行业的快速发展,车载电子电器装置数量不断增加,汽车电子电器系统面临的电磁环境愈发复杂。车内电磁骚扰源对车载电子电器装置工作可靠性的影响日益凸显,这些部件在运行中产生的电磁骚扰,干扰了车载设备的正常运行。为解决这一问题,文章着重关注汽车电子电器零部件电磁骚扰的抑制以及设备电磁骚扰特性的改善,这对确保汽车电子电器系统的安全稳定运行及保障使用者生命安全至关重要。以某公司冷却风扇产品辐射发射超标为切入点,结合其工作原理深入剖析骚扰产生机理,明确了电磁骚扰超标的根本原因。基于此,提出针对性抑制方法与整改方案,并通过试验验证。结果显示,改进后的冷却风扇电磁辐射发射满足标准要求,为解决汽车电子电器电磁骚扰问题提供有效参考。With the rapid development of the automobile industry,the number of vehicle electronic and electrical devices is increasing,and the electromagnetic environment faced by automotive electronic and electrical systems is becoming more and more complex.The influence of the electromagnetic disturbance source on the reliability of the vehicle electronic and electrical equipment is increasingly prominent,and the electromagnetic disturbance generated by these components during operation interferes with the normal operation of the vehicle equipment.In order to solve this problem,the paper focuses on the suppression of electromagnetic disturbance of automotive electronic and electrical parts and the improvement of electromagnetic disturbance characteristics of equipment,which is very important to ensure the safe and stable operation of automotive electronic and electrical systems and ensure the safety of users.Taking the radiation emission of a cooling fan product of a company as the starting point,combining with its working principle,the mechanism of harassment is deeply analyzed,and the root cause of electromagnetic harassment is clarified.Based on this,the targeted suppression method and rectification plan are proposed and verified by experiment.The results show that the electromagnetic radiation emission of the improved cooling fan meets the standard requirements,and provides an effective reference for solving the electromagnetic disturbance problem of automotive electronic appliances.
