摘 要:在新能源行业蓬勃发展,汽车向新能源转型的背景下,纯电动汽车补电慢促使主机厂布局超充/极充路线,对高压线束总成提出挑战。文章聚焦高压线束的关键部件直流充电插座的管状端子,对比传统机加扭簧端子与新型高载流管料端子。新型端子由铍铜多触点簧片和紫铜管料冲压外壳构成,结构简单、用料更省。多触点簧片经创新改进,与公针和孔壁接触位置更多,载流性能更强。通过对导电性能、机械插拔力、导电温升和机械插拔寿命的对比测试,结果表明新型端子接触电阻更小,导电性能优;插拔力稳定性好,寿命测试后衰减小;温升更低,机械寿命长。该新型高载流管料端子在高压大电流传输领域前景广阔,有望推动新能源汽车产业高效、经济、可持续发展。Under the background of the vigorous development of the new energy industry and the transformation of automobiles to new energy,the slow recharge of pure electric vehicles has prompted the Oems to lay out the overcharge/extreme charge route,which poses a challenge to the high-voltage wiring harness assembly.This paper focuses on the tubular terminal of DC charging socket,the key component of high voltage wiring harness,and compares the traditional machine twisted spring terminal with the new type of high current load tubular terminal.The new type of terminal is composed of beryllium copper multi-contact reed and copper tube material stamping shell,which has simple structure and less material consumption.The multi-contact reed has been innovated and improved to have more contact positions with male pins and hole walls,and stronger current-carrying performance.The electrical conductivity,mechanical insertion and withdrawal force,electrical temperature rise and mechanical insertion and withdrawal life are compared and tested.The results show that the new terminal has lower contact resistance and better electrical conductivity.Good stability of insertion and withdrawal force,small attenuation after life test;Lower temperature rise,long mechanical life.The new high-current-carrying pipe material terminal has broad prospects in the field of high-voltage and high-current transmission,and is expected to promote the efficient,economic and sustainable development of the new energy automobile industry.
