摘  要:绝缘电阻、耐电压是衡量电动汽车安全的重要指标,深入研究影响高压线束绝缘电阻和耐电压的因素就显得尤为重要。文章深入研究温度对高压线束绝缘电阻和耐电压的影响,以及高压线束制造的在线检测环节中多回路合并测试方式对绝缘电阻和耐电压的影响。通过试验数据的分析得出结论,为设计、制造提供强有力的理论支撑,以此提高设计可靠性,解决在线检测效率低下的问题。Insulation resistance and withstand voltage are important indicators to measure the safety of electric vehicles.It is particularly important to study the factors that affect the insulation resistance and withstand voltage of highvoltage wiring harnesses.This paper mainly studies the influence of temperature on the insulation resistance and withstand voltage of high-voltage wiring harnesses,as well as the influence of the multi-loop combined test method in the online inspection link of high-voltage wiring harness manufacturing on the insulation resistance and withstand voltage.Draw conclusions through the analysis of experimental data,and provide strong theoretical support for design and manufacturing.In this way,the reliability of the design is improved and the problems of low efficiency of online detection are solved.
