中欧班列沿线欧洲国家语言状况分析

摘　　要：中欧班列是“一带一路”建设的品牌工程和标志性成果。熟悉沿线欧洲国家的语言状况可以促进我国与其语言文化联通。研究发现,沿线欧洲国家语言文化资源丰富,语言关系复杂且语言能力不尽相同。运用区域国别分析方法,研究沿线欧洲国家语言状况,揭示其语言状况区域特征,预测班列发展需关注的关键语种等内容。建议:加强语言文化顶层设计、语言教育规划、语言文化推广等,以促进我国面向中欧班列沿线欧洲国家的语言能力建设,助力中欧班列可持续发展。CHINA RAILWAY Express is an important starting point,brand project,and landmark achievement in the construction of the“Belt and Road Initiative”.Familiarizing with the language situations of European countries along the route can promote the language and culture connections.It is found that European countries along the route are rich in language and cultural resources with complex language relations and different language abilities.Adopting the method of regional country analysis,this paper studies the language situation of the European countries along the route,reveals the regional characteristics of their language situation,and predicts the key languages that need attention for the development of the CHINA RAILWAY Express.This paper suggests strengthening the top-level design of language and culture,language education planning,language and culture promotion,etc.,in order to promote China’s language capacity building and the sustainable development of the CHINA RAILWAY Express.
