摘　　要：隐球菌(Cryptococcus)是一种机会致病菌,能引起免疫功能低下的患者感染隐球菌性脑膜炎(cryptococcal meningitis)。隐球菌主要导致亚急性或慢性感染,急性病程少见,本文介绍了1例糖尿病患者由新型隐球菌急性感染导致脑膜炎进行性加重的病例,旨在了解影响隐球菌性脑膜炎预后不良的因素。Cryptococcus is an opportunistic pathogen that causes cryptococcal meningitis in immunocompromised patients.Cryptococcus mainly causes subacute or chronic infection,but the acute course is rare.This article introduced a case of progressive exacerbation of meningitis caused by acute infection of Cryptococcus neoformans in a diabetic patient,and to understand the factors affecting the poor prognosis of cryptococcal meningitis.
