摘 要:为试验反向双切圆燃烧锅炉燃尽风水平摆角运行方式对锅炉再热汽温的影响,试验对比了四层燃尽风8个角水平摆角均在零位、燃尽风与主燃区切向同向和燃尽风与主燃区切向相反三种方法下锅炉再热汽温的情况,结果表明燃尽风摆角与主燃区切向相反,反切圆角度控制在7°~10°状态下,在不同负荷率工况下,限制再热汽温的高温再热器璧温超限得到有效缓解,再热器汽温受限得以释放,汽温平均提升了3℃~4℃,效果较好。In order to verify the effect of the adjustment of the horizontal swing Angle of the exhaust air on the wall temperature of the high temperature reheater in the reverse double tangential circular combustion boiler.The test compared the horizontal swing Angle of the eight angles of the four-layer burnout air at zero position,the tangential direction of the burnout air and the main combustion zone,the tangential direction of the burnout air and the main combustion zone,and the temperature of the boiler reheater under the three methods.The results show that the swing Angle of the burnout air is the opposite of the tangential direction of the main combustion zone,and the inverse tangential circle Angle is controlled at 7°~10°.The overlimit can be effectively alleviated,the reheater steam temperature limit can be released,and the average increase is 3℃~4℃,and the effect is excellent.
