摘 要:针对火力发电机组燃烧器火焰测量由内窥光钎式测量改为一体式外窥测量火焰方法,在运用的过程与内窥式测量过程中出现的问题进行分析研究,得出外窥式火焰测量装置对比内窥式测量火焰具有测量准确、无偷看现象、无镜头积灰现象等。同时根据外窥式火焰测量出现的问题进行分析和研究,提出了有效的优化方法,彻底解决了外窥式火焰测量装置在实际运用中的问题,提高了锅炉炉膛的火焰测量的安全可靠性。In view of the fact that the flame measurement of the burner of thermal power generating set was changed from the endoscopic smooth brazing method to the integrated external peeping method,the problems in the application process and the endoscopic measurement process were analyzed and studied,and it was found that the external peeping flame measuring device had the advantages of accurate measurement,no peeking and no lens dust accumulation.At the same time,according to the analysis and research of the problems in the external peep flame measurement,an effective optimization method is put forward,which completely solves the problems in the practical application of the external peep flame measurement device and improves the safety and reliability of the flame measurement in the boiler furnace.
