摘　　要：通过对数台运行中存在振动问题的冶金富余煤气锅炉进行实地勘察及调试,并搜集整理运行参数,选取3个具有代表性的项目,对其锅炉概况、振动情况、原因分析及处理方法等分别进行论述。总结分析后,对锅炉运行提出指导建议。Through field investigation and commissioning of several metallurgical surplus gas boilers with vibration problems in operation,operation parameters were collected and sorted out,and three representative projects were selected to discuss the general situation of their boilers,vibration conditions,cause analysis and treatment methods,etc.After summary and analysis,guidance and suggestions were put forward for boiler operation.
