摘  要:从某电厂水冷壁上集箱管接头裂纹分析入手,简要介绍了600MW超临界锅炉的整体布置,基本锅炉布置情况,深入分析了其在正常运行及启停炉过程中的热膨胀机理,阐明了该电厂水冷壁上集箱管接头产生裂纹原因及处理结果。Based on the analysis of the crack of pipe joint on water wall upper header of a power plant,the overall layout and basic boiler layout of 600MW supercritical boiler are briefly introduced.The thermal expansion mechanism during normal operation and furnace start-up and shutdown is deeply analyzed.The causes of cracks in header joint on water wall upper header and the treatment results are expounded.
