摘 要:在火力发电厂的运行过程中,锅炉末级过热器由于处于极端的工况下,频繁发生的爆管现象已成为制约机组安全、稳定、经济运行的瓶颈问题。这不仅大幅提升了运维成本,而且对电厂的安全生产构成了潜在威胁。基于此,本文针对某2×660MW机组锅炉末级过热器所存在的问题进行了分析,并提出了相应的改进设计,以增强过热器的运行性能和抗爆能力。通过对比分析改造前后的方案,证实了改造方案的有效性和可行性。During the operation of thermal power plants,the final superheater of the boiler often experiences extreme conditions,and the frequent tube bursts have become a bottleneck problem restricting the safe,stable,and economical operation of the unit.This not only significantly increases the operation and maintenance costs but also poses a potential threat to the safety production of the power plant.Based on this,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the final superheater of a 2×660MW unit boiler and proposes corresponding improvement designs to enhance the operational performance and burst resistance of the superheater.By comparing and analyzing the schemes before and after the retrofit,the effectiveness and feasibility of the retrofit scheme are confirmed.
