提高空预器蒸汽吹灰器效能分析

摘  要:目前燃煤电厂主要以选择性催化剂还原法(SCR)去除烟气中的氮氧化物。燃煤电厂投用SCR后易发生空预器堵塞问题,主要原因是局部喷氨过量造成大量氨气逃逸,导致空预器冷端蓄热原件出现硫酸氢氨混合物堵塞,空预器差压上涨。根据空预器旋转时蓄热元件的温度分布图,提出将空预器冷端吹灰器布置于靠近送风侧的位置,利用空预器蓄热元件温度较高时进行蒸汽吹灰,提高吹灰效率;根据单位面积蓄热原件吹扫时间与位置的关系图,提出通过改造空预器冷端吹灰器枪管喷嘴的布置,提高空预器外圈蓄热原件吹灰的时间,提高蒸汽吹灰的效果。At present,coal-fired power plants are mainly used by selective catalyst,that is,SCR,to remove nitrogen oxides in flue gas.After the coal-fired power plant is put in SCR,the problem of air pre-blocking occurs.The main reason is that the local ammonia spray caused a large amount of ammonia to escape,causing the cold-ending part of the air prelimator to occur,which affects the operating effect of the air pre-to-pre.According to the temperature distribution diagram of the heat storage element during the air pre-rotation,it is proposed to arrange the air prelimator's cold-end ash blower near the side of the air delivery side.When the temperature of the air pre-storage component is high Improve the ash blowing efficiency;according to the relationship diagram of the original heat storage time and position of the unit area,it is proposed that the time of the air pre-pre-width of the air pre-width in the air pre-width is proposed to improve the time of the air pre-storage of ash blow blowing.Improve the effect of steam blowing ash.
