摘　　要：本文以中国境内某大型火力发电厂建设项目为案例,分析该项目在建设过程中所面临的关键风险类型,探讨项目团队采取的风险识别、评估与控制措施。本文的研究为大型火力发电厂建设项目中的风险管理提供了实践案例,具有重要的参考价值。This paper takes the construction project of a large coal-scale thermal power plant in China as a case,analyzes the key risk types faced by the project in the construction process,and discusses the risk identification,assessment and control measures taken by the project team.The research in this paper provides practical cases for risk management in large thermal power plant construction projects and has important reference value.
