数字经济推动现代化产业体系发展的逻辑与挑战

摘　　要：构建现代化产业体系是建设现代化经济体系的主要内容,是实现高质量发展的根本支撑和关键所在。在中国式现代化背景下,数字经济无疑成为助力现代化产业体系发展的新动能,其内在逻辑体现为数字经济对于社会再生产“四环节”具有显著的促进作用,数字经济能够提升生产环节的效率、合理重塑分配环节、进一步顺畅交换环节、助力消费环节实现更优匹配。智能化、融合化、绿色化是数字经济推进现代化产业体系发展的目标要求,数字经济对高新技术产业、现代农业、现代制造业和现代服务业的产业体系现代化发展产生了突出的带动效应,但是也存在智能化程度不高、数实融合有待进一步加强、数字化协同治理能力不足等现实挑战。应强化关键技术突破与创新能力建设,依托数字生产力加快数实融合进程,全面提升数字化协同治理能力,通过充分释放数字经济活力助推现代化产业体系建设。Building a modern industrial system is the main content of building a modern economic system,and it is the fundamental support and key to achieving high-quality development.In the context of Chinese-style modernization,the digital economy has undoubtedly become a new driving force for the development of a modern industrial system.Its internal logic is reflected in the fact that the digital economy has a significant promoting effect on the“four links”of social reproduction.The digital economy can improve the efficiency of the production link,reasonably reshape the distribution link,further smooth the exchange link,and help the consumption link achieve a better match.Intelligence,integration,and greening are the goals and requirements of the digital economy to promote the development of a modern industrial system.The digital economy has produced a prominent driving effect on the modernization of the industrial system of high-tech industries,modern agriculture,modern manufacturing,and modern services.However,there are also realistic challenges such as low intelligence,the need to further strengthen the integration of digital and real,and insufficient digital collaborative governance capabilities.We should strengthen the construction of key technology breakthroughs and innovation capabilities,accelerate the improvement of digital and real integration based on digital productivity,and comprehensively improve digital collaborative governance capabilities,so as to fully release the vitality of the data economy to promote the construction of a modern industrial system.
