健全铸牢中华民族共同体意识制度机制的价值意涵、架构维度与实践路径

摘　　要：健全铸牢中华民族共同体意识体制机制是推进新时代党的民族工作高质量发展的基础性、战略性工程。本文围绕这一时代课题展开较为系统的研究,阐释了其在夯实党的执政根基、增强综合国力以及推动新时代民族团结进步事业高质量发展方面所蕴含的价值意涵。从政治、经济、文化和社会四个维度梳理了该制度机制的主要架构,并从健全制度机制的视角出发,针对加强党的全面领导、坚持中国特色解决民族问题的正确道路、推动各民族共同走向社会主义现代化、构筑中华民族共有精神家园、促进各民族交往交流交融等实践路径,进行了简要探讨与归纳。Improving the institutional mechanisms for forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation is a strategic and fundamental project for promoting high-quality development of the Party’s ethnic work in the new era.This article conducts a relatively systematic and preliminary study on this contemporary issue,elaborating on its value implications in consolidating the Party’s governance foundation,enhancing comprehensive national strength,and promoting high-quality development of the cause of ethnic unity and progress in the new era.Specifically,it sorts out the main framework of this institutional mechanism from four dimensions:politics,economy,culture,and society.From the perspective of improving the institutional mechanism,it briefly discusses and summarizes practical pathways such as strengthening the Party’s overall leadership,adhering to the correct path with Chinese characteristics for solving ethnic issues,promoting all ethnic groups to jointly move towards socialist modernization,building a shared spiritual homeland for the Chinese nation,and promoting exchanges and integration among all ethnic groups.
