摘　　要：地租向来被视为马克思政治经济学的重要概念,而自资本主义生产“空间转向”以来,城市地租日渐成为西方马克思主义者的关注重点。列斐伏尔的空间生产与次级循环、哈维的时空修复与三级循环,实在地表明了西方马克思主义者对这一问题的研究兴趣。透视列斐伏尔等人的研究,不难发现时间与空间是他们隐藏在理论深处的核心内容,对城市地租来源、构成、定量等的分析根本上离不开时空关系,资本主义城市地租的变化与波动也无法脱离时空辩证法的影响,特别是资本主义通过抽象化、虚拟化、符码化重新塑造的时空关系,深刻影响了资本主义城市地租的全部面貌。对这一理论状况的界定、分析与运用,同样有益于社会主义城市地租研究,进而推动合理时空关系下的社会主义城市地租更好服务于中国式现代化。Land rent has long been regarded as an important concept in Marxist political economy,and since the"spatial shift"of capitalist production,urban land rent has increasingly become a focus of attention for Western Marxists.The spatial production and secondary cycle theories of Lefebvre,along with Harvey's spatio-temporal restoration and tertiary cycle have highlighted the research interest of Western Marxists in this issue.Through an examination of Lefebvre's and others'work,it becomes evident that time and space are core elements deeply embedded in their theories.The analysis of the sources,composition,and quantification of urban land rents is fundamentally intertwined with spatio-temporal relations.Moreover,the changes and fluctuations of capitalist urban land rents are inseparable from the influence of the spatio-temporal dialectics,especially the spatio-temporal relations reshaped by capitalism through abstraction,virtualisation,and runic coding,which profoundly affect the entire landscape of capitalist urban land rents.Defining,analyzing,and applying these theoretical insights are equally beneficial to the study of socialist urban land rent,which in turn promotes the socialist urban land rent under the well-structured spatio-temporal relations to better serve the Chinese-style modernization.
