新质生产力发展视域下北部湾城市群协同发展路径研究

摘　　要：北部湾城市群资源条件好,区位优势显著,发展潜力巨大。新时代北部湾城市群必须发展新质生产力,以科技创新推动产业创新,以颠覆性技术和前沿技术催生新产业、新模式、新动能,加速把资源优势和区位优势转化为发展优势。核心城市南宁应发挥好北部湾城市群协同发展主要引擎作用,共建区域性国际创新中心,找准北部湾城市群协同发展突破口,深入实施强核心战略,打造北部湾城市群协同发展新载体,构建区域性科技创新体系,拓展北部湾城市群协同发展新空间,全面引领北部湾城市群协调、高质量发展。The Beibu Gulf urban agglomeration possesses favorable resource conditions,significant geographical advantages,and substantial development potential.In the new era,the Beibu Gulf urban agglomeration must prioritize the development of new quality productive forces,foster industrial innovation through technological advancement,and catalyze the emergence of new industries,business models,and growth drivers via revolutionary and cutting-edge technologies,which will accelerate the transformation of resource and location advantages into developmental benefits.As the core city,Nanning should play a pivotal role in driving the coordinated development of the Beibu Gulf urban agglomeration,jointly build a regional international innovation center,identify key breakthrough points for the coordinated development to deeply implement the strong core strategic positioning,create a new platform for the coordinated development,build a regional scientific and technological innovation system,expanding the new space for the coordinated development of the Beibu Gulf urban agglomeration,and comprehensively guiding the coordinated and high-quality development of the Beibu Gulf urban agglomeration.
