摘 要:在国家宏观政策的积极推动下,中国儿童友好城市的创建工作正如火如荼地展开,但各试点城市的发展理念、实践路径等都有待进一步明晰。在准确把握科学内涵和建设要求的基础上,通过系统梳理深圳、长沙、温州等国内先行城市的建设实践,发现“儿童友好城市”建设有“政府重视”+“顶层设计”“社会参与”+“共建共享”“因地制宜”+“产业支撑”“试点先行”+“复制推广”“品牌建设”+“标志成果”“数字赋能”+“科学决策”等值得借鉴和推广的模式和经验。With the active promotion of national macro policies,the creation of child-friendly cities in China is in full swing.However,the development concepts and practical paths of various pilot cities still need to be further clarified.Therefore,based on accurately grasping the scientific connotation and construction requirements of"child-friendly cities",this study systematically sorts out the construction practices of domestic pioneer cities such as Shenzhen,Changsha,and Wenzhou,and summarizes several experiential revelations,including"governmental attention"plus"top-level design","social participation"plus"joint construction and sharing","adaptation to local conditions"plus"industrial support","pilot projects"plus"replication and promotion","brand building"plus"landmark achievements",and"digital enablement"plus"scientific decision-making".
