都市圈视角下城际铁路建设现状与客流需求匹配分析——以粤港澳大湾区为例

摘　　要：随着我国城市化进程的推进及都市圈的发展,城际铁路作为服务于相邻城市或城市群之间的快速、便捷、高密度客运专线铁路,成为都市圈轨道交通的重要组成部分。为更好地规划建设城际铁路以满足都市圈城市间的出行需求,文章以粤港澳大湾区为例,在概述其城际铁路发展状况的基础上,通过采集该区域手机信令数据进行OD数据分析,深入研究跨城市的人员流动,并将该区域工作日出行OD数据、轨道交通客流OD数据与既有、规划及在建的城际铁路网络进行叠合分析,论证城际铁路建设现状与客流需求之间的匹配性,最后据此提出保障城际铁路健康、可持续发展的相关建议,以期为其他地区的相应实践提供参考和借鉴。With the advancement of urbanization and the development of metropolitan area in China,intercity railway,as a kind of fast,convenient and high-density passenger dedicated railway serving between adjacent cities or city clusters,has become an important part of metropolitan area rail transit.In order to better plan and construct intercity railways to meet the travel demand between cities in the metropolitan area,this article takes Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area as an example,on the basis of an overview of the development status of its intercity railways,this article conducts indepth research on cross-city people mobility through the collection of cell phone signaling data in the region for OD data analysis,and overlays the OD data of weekday trips in the region and OD data of intercity railways’passenger flow with the existing,planned and underconstruction intercity railway networks to demonstrate the match between the current situation of intercity railway construction and the passenger flow demand;lastly this article puts forward the relevant suggestions to ensure the healthy and sustainable development of intercity railway,with a view to providing references and an example to build on for the corresponding practices in other regions.
