摘  要:在国家大力推进碳达峰、碳中和战略的背景下,预制装配施工技术作为高效、安全、节能、环保的建筑施工技术,在地铁车站建设中逐步得到应用。为促进装配式地铁车站的发展,文章在概述国内外装配式地铁车站施工方法的基础上,深入分析我国装配式地铁车站施工面临的诸多挑战,即工程地质多样化、大断面施工、环境复杂化、装备智能化的新形势,以及在构件生产和养护、结构防水、吊装精度、施工效率及成本等方面存在的问题,并以此为据有针对性地提出相应对策,以期为促进预制装配施工技术在我国地铁建设领域中的推广、实现地铁的绿色低碳建造提供参考和借鉴。Against the backdrop of the country’s vigorous promotion of“the goals of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality”,prefabricated type assembly construction technology,as an efficient,safe,energy-saving,and environmental-friendly construction technology,has gradually been applied in the construction of metro stations.In order to adapt to the new situation of lowcarbon development and promote the development of prefabricated type metro stations,this article summarizes the construction technology of prefabricated type metro stations at home and abroad,and deeply analyzes the many challenges faced by the construction of prefabricated type metro stations in China,such as the new trend of diversified engineering geology,complex environment,and intelligent equipment,as well as the issues in component production and maintenance,structural waterproofing,lifting installation accuracy,construction efficiency and cost.Based on this,countermeasures are proposed to promote the promotion of prefabricated type assembly construction technology in the field of metro construction in China and provide reference for achieving green and low-carbon construction of metros.
