摘  要:文章以广州地铁14号线二期彭边站试验段的UHPC预制装配式内部结构为例,介绍UHPC预制构件从材料配合比设计、结构设计、数值分析到足尺试验的新材料研究与应用全过程。通过材料配合比优化试验发现,骨料为石英砂的UHPC,砂胶比为1.2时工作性能及力学性能最好;骨料为河砂的UHPC,砂胶比为1.3时工作性能最好,但砂胶比为1.2时力学性能最好。有限元分析表明,对于尺寸过小的构件,尽管在受力上基本满足设计要求,仍存在受拉区拉应力过大和跨中挠度较大的缺点,需通过数值模拟优化设计。足尺构件的加载试验验证UHPC预制构件的承载力安全储备较大,其中站台板、轨顶风道的承载力能够达到荷载标准值的1.5倍,而楼梯的承载力达到荷载标准值的1.4倍。加载过程中预制构件的受拉区会率先开裂且逐步延伸扩展,而各节点连接保持稳定,证明UHPC预制构件的受拉区是结构中最薄弱部位。This article takes the UHPC internal structure prefabricated assembly research in the test section of Pengbian station of Guangzhou metro line 14 phase 2 as an example to discuss the research and application of UHPC prefabricated metro internal components,and introduces in detail the whole process of the research and application of new materials from the material mix ratio design of UHPC prefabricated components,structural design,numerical analysis to the full-scale test.It is concluded that for UHPC with quartz sand as aggregate,the best working and mechanical properties are obtained when the sand-to-cement ratio is 1.2,and for UHPC with river sand as aggregate,the best working properties are obtained when the sand-to-cement ratio is 1.3,and the best mechanical properties are obtained when the sand-to-cement ratio is 1.2.The finite element analysis shows that although the components with too small size could basically meet the design requirements of force,there are issues of excessive tensile stress in the tensile zone and large deflection in the span,and the numerical simulation could realize the timely optimization feedback of the design scheme.The loading test of full-scale components shows that the UHPC prefabricated components have large safety reserve of bearing capacity,and the bearing capacity of platform plate and rail roof duct reaches 2.0 times of the standard value of load,and that of the staircase reaches 1.4 times;the tensile zone of prefabricated components is the first one to crack and expand in the loading process,the stability of each node connection is good,which proves that the tensile zone is the weakest part of the components.
