低刚度减振扣件对梯形轨枕系统动力学特性的影响研究

摘  要:某地铁线路梯形轨枕区段不断接到振动噪声扰民的投诉,需要进一步提升梯形轨枕的减振效果。文章以该需求为切入点,以实际运行车辆及轨道的参数,建立理论分析模型,采用动力学仿真计算软件和有限元分析软件,分别从轨道的安全性、系统固有频率变化和减振效果3个方面研究降低梯形轨枕的系统刚度可行性。经计算可知:将梯形轨枕系统的扣件刚度降低,钢轨的动态位移和安全系数仍能满足设计规范的安全指标要求,梯形轨枕系统的固有频率出现降低。固有频率的降低拓宽系统的减振频率范围,增强系统的减振效果。由此可见,在梯形轨枕系统上采用低刚度减振扣件是切实可行的。A certain trapezoidal sleeper section of a metro line was constantly subject to vibration noise nuisance complaints;it is necessary to further enhance the vibration reduction effect of the trapezoidal sleepers.This article takes this demand as the starting point,and based on the parameters of the actual running vehicles and tracks,a theoretical analysis model is established.By using dynamic simulation calculation software and finite element analysis software,the feasibility of reducing the system stiffness of the trapezoidal sleepers is studied from three aspects:the safety of the track,the change in the natural frequency of the system,as well as the vibration reduction effect.The calculation results show that when the fastener stiffness of the trapezoidal sleeper system is reduced,the dynamic displacement of the rail and the safety coefficient can still meet the safety index requirements of the design specification,the natural frequency of the trapezoidal sleeper system appears to be reduced.The reduction of the natural frequency of the system could broaden the range of vibration damping frequency,thereby enhance the vibration damping effect of the system.It can be seen that the use of low stiffness damping fasteners on the trapezoidal sleeper system is practicable.
