摘 要:目前地铁行业的物流网络建设多采用“一线一总库”模式。此模式缺乏线网层面的统筹规划,影响运营期管理效率。文章以某城市地铁为例,在一个中等规模、网络化运营的地铁线网中,基于物资总库选址已经确定的前提,旨在通过优化策略实现总成本的最小化。采用混合0-1规划(MBP)方法构建物资总库供应能力约束的总成本最小化模型,探讨不同总库启用策略下的物流网络优化管理方案。结果显示,最优方案较优化前总成本降幅约58%。同时深入分析物资总库配员及劳动生产率对该物流网络优化策略和总成本的影响。此分析模型及方法同样适用于各城市轨道交通现有的物流网络优化及新线物资总库规划设计。At present,the construction of logistics network in the metro industry mostly adopts the mode of“one supply center for one line”.Such mode lacks the integrated planning at the network level,which affects the management efficiency during the operation period.Taking M metro as an example,in a mediumsized metro network with networked operation,based on the premise that the site of material supply center has been determined,this article aims to achieve the minimization of total cost through optimization strategy.A hybrid 0-1 planning(MBP)method is used to construct a total cost minimization model considering the constraints on the supply capacity of the material supply center,and to explore the optimal management schemes of the logistics network under different supply center activation strategies.The results show that the optimal solution reduces the total cost by approximately 58%as compared with the preoptimization one.Meanwhile,the impact of staffing and labor productivity of the material supply center on the optimization strategy and total cost of the logistics network is analyzed in depth.This analytical model and method is also applicable to the optimization of the existing logistics network and the planning and design of new lines of urban rail transit.
