摘　　要：为适应城市轨道交通设施设备建设安装与运营需求,多个省市相继出台城市轨道交通工程概(预)算定额。然而,城市轨道交通运营设施设备大修概算定额编制方面仍存在不足,如发布数量少、地区差异大、与新建定额区分度低等。为进一步完善工程计价依据体系,实现城市轨道交通运营企业降本增效的目标,编制城市轨道交通运营设施设备大修概算定额显得尤为重要。在大修定额编制过程中,明确主要内容和解决重难点问题是关键,通过收集可靠的支撑依据和开展实际测算相结合的方式,可增强定额编制的科学性和实用性。文章以上海市轨道交通为例,编制设施设备大修概算定额,可为各城市轨道交通企业提供参考。In order to meet the needs of construction and operation of urban rail transit facilities and equipment,many provinces and municipalities have successively issued budget quotas for urban rail transit projects.However,there are still deficiencies in the preparation of estimation and quota for urban rail transit operation facilities and equipment overhaul,such as the small number of announcements,large regional differences and low differentiation from new construction quota.In order to further improve the engineering pricing basis system and realize the cost reduction and efficiency of urban rail transit operating enterprises,it is particularly important to prepare the estimation quota for urban rail transit operation facilities and equipment overhaul.In the process of preparation of overhaul quota,it is especially critical to determine the main content and solve the key and difficult issues,and the scientific and practicality of quota preparation can be enhanced by collecting reliable supporting basis and carrying out actual calculation.Taking Shanghai municipal rail transit as an example,this article prepares the estimation quota of facilities and equipment overhaul,which could provide reference for various urban rail transit enterprises.
