摘  要:【目的】驱动桥是由多零件组成的复杂受力系统,新产品初期常出现齿轮、轴承异常损坏问题。通过研究桥壳、差壳、行星架等柔性单元对齿轮、轴承安全系数的影响,以便在设计初期对壳体、齿轮、轴承进行优化。【方法】构建基于MASTA软件的柔性传动系统模型。首先,在ANSYS中建立壳体、行星架等柔性单元的全有限元模型,设置凝聚节点,导出刚度矩阵和节点位置信息。其次,将基本系统变形模型和全有限元模型对齐,运行缩聚有限元分析,得到柔性单元的质量和刚度矩阵,建立结构柔性系统变形模型。最后,对齿轮、轴承的安全系数进行对比,并进一步分析轴承均载、滚道应力和滚子受力情况。【结果】研究发现,柔性单元会直接影响齿轮的安全系数,同时会在一定程度上改善变形支撑位置的轴承受载,但对桥轮边处和差壳处轴承支撑的影响不尽相同。【结论】在后续设计中,要注意考虑柔性单元对驱动桥零件强度的影响。通过分析齿轮安全系数和轴承受力情况,对桥壳结构、齿轮、轴承支撑处刚度进行合理调整。[Purposes]The driven axle is a complex force system composed of multiple parts,and the problem of abnormal damage of gears and bearings often occurs at the early stage of new products.By studying the influence of flexible units such as axle shell,differential shell,and planetary carrier on the safety coefficient of gears and bearings,the housing,gears and bearings are optimized in the early stage of design.[Methods]This paper builds a flexible transmission system model based on MASTA software.Firstly,a full finite element model of the shell,planetary carrier and other flexible units is built in ANSYS,cohesive nodes are set up,and the stiffness matrix and node position information are derived;then,the basic system deformation model and the full finite element model are aligned,and the condensed finite element analysis is run to obtain the mass and stiffness matrix of the flexible units,and the deformation model of the structural flexible system is built,and the safety coefficients of the gears and bearings are compared and further specific analyses are carried out for bearing uniform load,raceway stress and roller force.[Findings]It is found that the flexible unit will directly affect the safety coefficient of gears,and at the same time it will improve the bearing loading at the deformation support position to a certain extent,but the effects on the bearing support at the axle wheel edge and the bearing support at the differential shell are not the same.[Conclusions]In the subsequent design,attention should be paid to consider the influence of the flexible unit on the strength of the drive axle parts,and reasonable adjustments should be made to the structure of the axle housing,gears,and the stiffness at the bearing support by analyzing the safety coefficient of the gears and the bearing load on the axle.
