摘  要:【目的】通过对《水质氰化物的测定连续流动分析分光光度法(T/CHES 52—2021)》的内容要求进行探究和进一步验证,确认本中心是否适用,同时为其他类似实验室提供数据支撑和实践经验。【方法】根据RB/T 214—2017中方法的选择、验证和确认相关要求,对该标准方法进行了实验室方法验证,分别检测了标准曲线、检出限、测定下限、标准样品、实际样品及加标等项目指标。【结果】结果表明:相关指标均满足标准方法要求,氰化物在0~0.500 mg/L浓度线性范围内,相关性良好(r>0.999),检出限为0.0005 mg/L,水样样品加标回收率为97.0%~106%。该方法具有检测准确、操作便捷、试剂消耗量小、稳定可靠等优点。【结论】本中心已具备使用该团体标准连续流动分析法分析检测氰化物的能力,可为类似检测实验室检测氰化物提供参考。[Purposes]By exploring and further verifying the content requirements of the group standard method"Determination of Cyanide in Water Quality by Continuous Flow Analysis Spectrometric Method(T/CHES 52—2021)",it can be determined that whether this laboratory is applicable.At the same time,the method validation steps and data results provide data support and practical experience for other similar laboratories.[Methods]According to the requirements for method selection,validation,and confirmation in RB/T 214—2017,laboratory method validation was conducted on this standard method,and indicators such as standard curve,detection limit,lower limit of determination,standard sample,actual sample,and spiked items were tested.[Findings]The results showed that all relevant indicators met the requirements of the standard method,and the cyanide concentration was linearly correlated within the range of 0~0.500 mg/L(r>0.999).The detection limit was 0.0005 mg/L,and the recovery rate of water sample spiked was 97.0%~106%.This method has the advantages of accurate detection,convenient operation,low reagent consumption,high stability and reliability.[Conclusions]Our center has the ability to use the group standard continuous flow analysis method to analyze and detect cyanide,which can detect cyanide for similar monitoring laboratories.
