摘　　要：【目的】为了全面掌握河南省光电产业发展现状,优化其发展路径,有必要对河南省光电产业进行深入分析。【方法】分析河南省光电产业发展存在的问题和面临的挑战,并借鉴国内外光电产业的发展经验,提出相应的优化路径和策略。【结果】河南省光电产业存在产业结构不合理、关键核心技术难以突破、政策支持与资金投入不足、人才培养与引进困难等问题。【结论】提出推动技术创新与产业升级、强化政策支持和资金保障及加大人才培养与引进力度等政策建议,为河南省光电产业高质量发展提供参考。[Purposes]In order to fully grasp the development status of the photoelectric industry in Henan Province and optimize its development path,it is necessary to conduct an in-depth analysis of the photoelectric industry in Henan Province.[Methods]This paper analyzes the problems and challenges existing in the development of photoelectric industry in Henan Province,draws lessons from the development experience of photoelectric industry at home and abroad,and puts forward the corresponding optimization path and strategy.[Findings]The photoelectric industry in Henan Province has difficulties such as unreasonable industrial structure,difficulty in breaking through key core technologies,insufficient policy support and capital investment,and difficulties in talent training and introduction.[Conclusions]This paper puts forward some policy suggestions,such as promoting technological innovation and industrial upgrading,strengthening policy support and financial guarantee,and increasing personnel training and introduction,so as to provide reference for the high-quality development of photoelectric industry in Henan Province.
