摘　　要：老龄时代恰逢数智社会,银发经济和数字经济的融合发展为经济高质量发展提供了强大的内生动力。数字经济通过提升老年人数字技术接受与学习能力、促进老年人的经济社会参与和老年服务体系的转型升级推动银发经济发展;银发经济也将通过扩大市场需求、驱动技术创新和完善数字经济生态系统等促进数字经济发展。但“数银融合”也面临技术应用与设备操作的“技能鸿沟”、数据隐私与安全风险的“心理鸿沟”、政策法规与基础设施的“环境鸿沟”等现实挑战,亟须弥合数字鸿沟、构建老年人数字素养提升支持体系,加强数据安全保障、提升老年人对数字技术的信任度,建设数字包容社会、完善基础设施与政策支持,从而实现银发经济和数字经济的深度融合与可持续高质量发展。The era of aging coincides with the rise of a digital and intelligent society,positioning the integration of the silver economy and the digital economy as a strong endogenous driver of high-quality economic development.The digital economy facilitates the development of the silver economy by improving the acceptance and learning capabilities of digital technologies among older adults,enhancing their economic and social participation,and promoting the transformation and upgrading of elderly service systems.Meanwhile,the silver economy contributes to the digital economy by expanding market demand,driving technological innovation,and optimizing the digital economic ecosystem.Nevertheless,this“digital-silver integration”encounters significant challenges,including the“skill gap”in technology application and device operation,the“psychological gap”related to data privacy and security concerns,and the“environmental gap”arising from policy,regulation,and infrastructure limitations.It is urgent to bridge the digital gap,build a support system to improve digital literacy among older adults,strengthen data security measures,create a digitally inclusive society,and enhance infrastructure and policy support.These efforts enable the deep integration and sustainable high-quality development of the silver and digital economies.
