摘　　要：推动新兴产业融合集群发展是主动适应和引领新一轮科技革命和产业变革、培育发展新质生产力、塑造国际竞争新优势的重要选择。结合产业集群理论和产业融合理论,从狭义的动态角度探究新兴产业融合集群发展的本质内涵,聚焦技术融合、业务融合、市场融合、组织融合,明确产业融合集群发展的体系构成与内在逻辑。进一步地,基于产业生命周期的视角,分别提出萌芽期、成长期、成熟期和再生期推动新兴产业融合集群发展的实践路径。以东莞市智能移动终端集群为例,基于国家先进制造业集群,分析新兴产业融合集群发展实践。在此基础上,从完善区域创新生态系统、拓展合作发展空间、健全产业治理机制等角度,提出推动新兴产业融合集群发展的政策建议。Promoting the integrated cluster development of emerging industry is an important choice for proactively adapting to and leading the new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation,fostering new quality productive forces,and shaping new international competitive advantages.Based on the theories of industrial clusters and industrial integration,this paper explores the essential connotation of the integrated cluster development of emerging industries from a narrow and dynamic perspective,focusing on technological integration,business integration,market integration,and organizational integration,and clarifies the system composition and internal logic of integrated cluster development of emerging industries.Furthermore,based on the perspective of the industry life cycle,this paper proposes practical paths of promoting the integrated cluster development of emerging industries for the stages of germination,growth,maturity,and regeneration.Taking the Dongguan smart mobile terminal cluster as an example,based on the national advanced manufacturing cluster,this paper analyzes the practice of integrated cluster development of emerging industries.On this basis,policy recommendations for promoting the integrated cluster development of emerging industries from the perspectives of improving the regional innovation ecosystem,expanding cooperation and development space,and enhancing industrial governance mechanisms.
