摘　　要：社区社会组织是基层治理的重要组成部分,是社区居民参与基层社会治理的重要途径之一,社区社会组织的整体发展水平、社区社会组织领导者的能力等,影响着基层社会治理效能。基于社区实地调查资料,分析了社区社会组织领导者的沟通技巧、冲突协调能力、管理水平和资源链接能力的表现及其原因。在社会学习理论的指导下,运用小组社会工作方法开展实务研究,提升社区社会组织领导者的综合能力。研究结果表明,通过实施小组社会工作实务研究活动,参与小组社会工作活动的社区社会组织领导者在沟通技巧、协调冲突、对社会组织良性运行的管理水平和链接社会资源4个方面的能力均有不同程度的提升或改进。Community social organizations are an important component of grassroots governance and serve as one of the key pathways for community residents to participate in grassroots community governance.The overall development level of community social organizations and the capabilities of their leaders significantly impact the effectiveness of grassroots community governance.Based on field survey data from communities,this paper analyzes the performance and underlying reasons for the communication skills,conflict coordination abilities,management proficiency,and resource linking capabilities of community social organization leaders.According to social learning theory,this research employs group social work methods to conduct practical studies and to enhance the comprehensive abilities of community social organization leaders.The research results indicate that through the implementation of group social work practice research activities,leaders of community social organizations participating in group social work activities have improved or enhanced their abilities in four aspects to varying degrees:communication skills,conflict coordination,management capabilities for the sound operation of social organizations,and linking social resource.
