摘  要:为了实现包含多种功能构件的脐带缆截面快速布局,同时保证布局后截面整体性能良好,本文综合考虑紧凑性、平衡性和热源分散性,基于主要目标法建立脐带缆截面多目标优化设计模型。构建对应的物理模型并使用拟物算法结合拟人跳坑策略对脐带缆截面进行布局设计,得到了3种代表性布局方案。通过有限元仿真进行验证了算法的有效性和可行性。结果表明:基于拟物算法优化后的截面布局在紧凑性和平衡性上有显著提升,通过该方法可以得到综合性能较好的截面布局形式,能够避免依赖长期经验进行设计的不确定性,有效提高了脐带缆结构设计效率,为实际工程设计提供有益的参考。To achieve a rapid cross-sectional layout design of an umbilical containing various functional components while ensuring optimal overall performance,a multi-objective optimization model for the umbilical cross-section was established using the main target method.This model considers factors such as compactness,balance,and heat source dispersion.A corresponding physical model was constructed,and the layout of the umbilical section was designed using the quasi-physical algorithm combined with the anthropomorphic jump pit strategy,resulting in three representative layout schemes.Finally,the effectiveness and feasibility of the algorithm were validated through finite element simulation.The results show that the cross-sectional layout optimized using the quasi-physical algorithm demonstrates significant improvements in compactness and balance.This method allows for the development of a cross-sectional layout with enhanced overall performance,reducing the reliance on uncertain design practices based on long-term experience.It effectively improves the efficiency of umbilical structure design and provides a useful reference for practical engineering applications.
