摘  要:针对人字齿轮抗胶合设计中轴交错位引起载荷分配不均和缺乏有效闪温计算方法的问题,本文基于影响系数法,综合考虑几何传动误差和轴交错位误差对齿面初始接触间隙的影响,提出轴交错位下人字齿轮非赫兹接触分析方法,获得二维分布的接触应力和沿齿宽变化的接触半宽,并改进Blok闪温公式,建立了轴交错位下人字齿轮齿面闪温动态计算模型,对比验证了所提方法的准确性。研究表明:随着错位角增大,左右侧齿面偏载现象逐渐加重;随着滚动角度增大,齿面闪温和两侧闪温差值均呈现先减后增的趋势;随着转速增大,除节点外闪温差值增大,越靠近啮入啮出两侧,增大速率越快。研究成果可为人字齿轮抗胶合设计提供理论基础。Aiming at the problems of uneven load distribution caused by crossed axe malposition and lack of effective flash temperature calculation method in the anti-gluing design of herringbone gear,a discrete non-Hertz contact analysis method for herringbone gear under crossed axe malposition is proposed using the influence coefficient method,considering effects of geometric transmission and crossed axe malposition errors on the initial contact gap.The contact stress of the 2D distribution and the contact half-width along the tooth width are obtained.Moreover,an improved Blok flash temperature formula is improved,establishing a dynamic calculation model of non-Hertz contact flash temperature of herringbone gear under crossed axe malposition.The accuracy of the proposed method is verified by comparison.The results indicate that,with the increase in staggering angle,the unbalanced load on the left and right tooth surfaces increases gradually.With an increase in rolling angle,the flash temperature of the tooth surface and the temperature difference on both sides decrease first and then increase.As rotational speed increases,the flash temperature difference also increases,except at the node.The closer the location is to the meshing-in and meshing-out points,the faster the rate of increase.These findings provide a theoretical foundation for the anti-gluing design of herringbone gears.
