多因素对透水再生混凝土物理力学性能的影响研究

摘  要:为提高透水混凝土的性能和建筑废弃物资源化的利用率,采用正交试验设计法和功效系数法分别研究再生微粉、再生骨料、水胶比、增强剂等因素对透水再生混凝土物理力学性能的影响.试验结果表明:随着再生微粉的增加,透水再生混凝土的综合性能呈逐渐降低趋势;随着再生骨料或增强剂的增加,透水再生混凝土的综合性能呈先提升后降低的趋势;随着水胶比的增加,透水再生混凝土的综合性能呈先下降后提升的趋势.在透水再生混凝土的试验组合中,综合性能较优的组合为再生微粉5%、再生骨料20%、水胶比0.25、增强剂4%.In order to improve the performance of pervious concrete and the utilization ratio of construction waste,orthogonal test method and efficacy coefficient method were used to study the influence of recycled micro-powder,recycled aggregate,water binder ratio and enhancers on the physical and mechanical properties of pervious recycled concrete.As the amount of recycled micro-powder increases,the comprehensive performance of the pervious recycled concrete shows a gradual decreasing trend.As the amount of recycled aggregate or enhancers increases,the comprehensive performance of the pervious recycled concrete first improves and then decreases.As the water binder ratio increases,the comprehensive performance of the pervious recycled concrete first decreases and then improves.In the test combinations of pervious recycled concrete,the combination with better comprehensive performance is 5% cement replaced by recycled powder,20% natural aggregate replaced by recycled aggregate,water binder ratio of 0.25,and 4%enhancers by weight of cement.
