摘　　要：为了提升高校学生助理排班的效率,提出了一种基于贪心算法的学生助理排班程序设计方法.实际验证表明,该方法不仅能够快速生成相对公平合理的班次安排,而且排班结果还能为管理部门的学生助理人数需求提供科学依据;因此,该方法可为提升高校学生助理排班以及其他有类似需求的工作场景提供良好参考。This paper presents a design method for college student assistant scheduling program based on greedy algorithm to enhance the efficiency of college student assistant scheduling.Practical verifications demonstrate that this method can not only swiftly generate relatively fair and reasonable shift arrangements,but also can provide a scientific basis for the demand of student assistant in the management department through the scheduling results.Therefore,this method can provide a good reference for improving the scheduling of college student assistant and other work scenarios with similar requirements.
