摘　　要：为提高原发性高血压患者自我管理能力和生活质量,以200例原发性高血压患者为研究对象,探讨了对原发性高血压患者应用三级预防的纽曼系统健康教育的效果.研究显示,观察组的患者在自我管理能力、血压控制情况方面显著优于对照组,由此表明三级预防的纽曼系统健康教育对原发性高血压患者具有较好的干预效果.In order to improve the self-management ability and quality of life of patients with primary hypertension,200 patients were selected as the research subjects to explore the effect of Newman system health education on the application of tertiary prevention in patients with primary hypertension.Research shows that patients in the observation group have significantly better self-management abilities and blood pressure control than the control group,indicating that the Newman system health education for tertiary prevention has a good intervention effect on patients with primary hypertension.
