摘　　要：为了探究老年人健康影响因素,选取南通市350名老年人作为研究对象,并采用Logistic回归分析了影响老年人健康的因素.研究结果显示:350例老年人中共有65例处于健康状态(18.57%),285例处于非健康状态(81.43%);年龄、居住地、医疗保障、既往病史、吸烟史、饮酒史、手术史是影响老年人健康的因素(均P<0.05),其中OR值>5的指标包括医疗保障、既往病史和吸烟史.研究结果可为预测老年人健康风险和制定老年人健康干预策略提供参考依据.In order to explore the influencing factors of the elderly,350 elderly in Nantong City were selected as research objects,and the influencing factors of the elderly's health were analyzed by Logistic regression.The results showed that 65 of the 350 elderly were in healthy state(18.57%)and 285 were in unhealthy state(81.43%).Age,place of residence,medical security,past medical history,smoking history,drinking history and surgical history were the influencing factors(all P<0.05),among which the odds ratio(OR)value>5 included medical security,past medical history and smoking history.The research results can provide a reference for predicting the health risks of the elderly and developing health intervention strategies.
