摘　　要：高校教育管理是提升高校治理能力、实现教育质量提升的关键一环。尤其在信息技术和社会发展趋于多元化的大环境之下,高校教育管理迎来了新的机遇,但同时也面临着诸多挑战。“六化模式”作为一种从数字化、专业化、体系化、多样化、精准化、现代化等维度出发的理论框架,为高校教育管理创新提供了新的思路。基于此,文章通过分析高校教育管理的现状,切实探讨了“六化模式”视角下高校教育管理创新路径,旨在为高校教育管理优化提供参考。Higher education management is a key link in enhancing the governance capacity of universities and achieving the improvement of educational quality.Especially in the context of diversified information technology and social development,higher education management has ushered in new opportunities,but also faces many challenges.The"Six Modernizations Model",as a theoretical framework starting from the dimensions of digitization,specialization,systematization,diversification,precision,and modernization,provides new ideas for innovation in higher education management.Based on this,the article analyzes the current situation of higher education management and explores the innovative path of higher education management from the perspective of the"Six Modernizations Model",aiming to provide reference for optimizing higher education management.
