摘　　要：在国家对来华留学教育事业提质增效政策背景下,优化留学生生源、提升教育管理迎来新的机遇和挑战。来华留学生的管理策略是一个多维度、多层次的复杂体系,涉及国家政策、高校管理、文化融合等多个维度。文章选取广西中医药大学临床医学国际班的留学生为研究对象,探究来华留学生管理存在的问题以及优化策略,旨在提升来华留学生管理质量规范性和有效性,促进文化融合,提升学校国际影响力,吸引更多优质的留学生来华。Under the policy background of improving the quality and efficiency of international students'education in China,optimizing the source of international students and enhancing educational management brings new opportunities and challenges.However,the management of international students presented a complex,multi-dimensional framework that encompasses national policies,institutional governance,and cultural integration.This study focused on international students enrolled in the Clinical Medicine program which constituted the largest demographic from Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine.It analyzed the existing challenges in managing these students and proposes optimization strategies.The objective was to improve the quality and effectiveness of international student management,facilitate cultural integration,enhance the university's international reputation,and attract a greater number of international students to China.
