摘  要:当前,高校英语专业学生跨文化交际能力培养仍存在诸多不足,如培养目标定位不准、课程体系设置不合理、教学内容陈旧、实践教学薄弱等。文章立足“一带一路”倡议,分析英语专业学生跨文化交际能力培养面临的新形势新要求,剖析其存在的突出问题,提出凸显国别区域特色、更新教学内容、聘请留学生担任助教、教师投身语言服务实践、服务“一带一路”项目等培养策略,以期为新时代英语专业人才培养模式改革提供参考。At present,there are still many shortcomings in the cultivation of cross-cultural communication skills among English majors in universities,such as inaccurate positioning of training objectives,unreasonable curriculum system,outdated teaching content,and weak practical teaching.Based on the"the Belt and Road"initiative,this paper analyzes the new situation and new requirements for the cultivation of English majors'intercultural communication ability,analyzes its outstanding problems,and proposes training strategies such as highlighting national and regional characteristics,updating teaching content,hiring foreign students as teaching assistants,teachers engaging in language service practices,and serving the"the Belt and Road"project,with a view to providing reference for the reform of English majors'training model in the new era.
