摘　　要：目的分析广州市天河区户籍居民伤害死亡特征,为制定伤害预防控制干预政策提供依据。方法采用SPSS 26.0分析广州市天河区2014—2023年伤害死亡数据,计算按性别、年龄及伤害类型划分的粗死亡率、标化死亡率,并用Joinpoint回归模型分析伤害死亡变化趋势。结果2023年天河区户籍居民伤害粗死亡率和标化死亡率分别为22.44/10万和18.30/10万。居民伤害死亡前3位顺位为跌倒、自杀以及道路交通事故。2014—2023年伤害标化死亡率呈下降趋势(t=-2.42,P=0.042)。中毒死亡率呈逐年下降趋势(t=-3.80,P=0.005),自杀死亡率呈逐年上升趋势(t=2.65,P=0.029)。年龄别伤害死因中,0岁组前3位为道路交通事故、溺水和他杀;1~4岁组为溺水、道路交通事故和他杀;5~14岁组为自杀、跌倒和道路交通事故;15~44岁组为自杀、道路交通事故和跌倒;45~64岁组主要为自杀、跌倒和道路交通事故;65岁及以上组为跌倒、自杀和道路交通事故。结论根据2014—2023年广州市天河区居民伤害死亡情况,天河区开展伤害防控需重点关注跌倒、自杀和道路交通事故等事件,并根据不同性别、年龄、伤害类型制定针对性预防控制措施,以降低伤害死亡率。Objective To analyze characteristics of injury death registered residents in the Tianhe District,Guangzhou,and to provide information for formulating injury prevention and control strategy.Methods SPSS 26.0 was used to analyze the injury death data of Tianhe District from 2014 to 2023,and to calculate the crude death rate and standardized mortality ratio.The Joinpoint regression model was used to analyze the trend of injury mortality.Results In 2023,the injury crude death rate in the District was 22.44/105,and the standardized mortality ratio was 18.30/105.The top three causes of injury deaths were accidental falls,suicide,and traffic accident.From 2014 to 2023,the standardized mortality ratio of injury was reduced(t=-2.42,P=0.042),and similarly for the mortality of accidental poisoning(t=-3.80,P=0.005).However,the mortality of suicide increased year by year(t=2.65,P=0.029).Among the causes of death from the age-specific injuries,the top three causes of death in the 0 years group were traffic accidents,accidental drowning,and homicide;in the 1-4years group were accidental drowning,traffic accidents,and homicide;in the 5-14 years group were suicide,falls,and traffic accidents;in the 15-44 years group were suicide,traffic accidents,and falls;in the 45-64 years old group were suicide,falls,and traffic accidents;in the≥65 years group were falls,suicide,and traffic accidents.Conclusions From 2014 to2023,the major causes for injury deaths in the Tianhe District were accident falls,suicide,and traffic accidents.Targeted prevention and control measures should be formulated according to different genders,ages,and the characteristics of injury to reduce injury mortality.
