摘　　要：随着“互联网+”行动的深入推进,互联网正以其泛在性和专业性、便捷性和高效性、扁平化和社会化的内涵和优势促使高校探寻学生教育管理模式的创新路径,使得当下高校学生管理工作亟须从理念思路、队伍能力、平台建设方面转型升级。因此,要构建“互联网+校园”的创新型学生管理工作机制,既要更新管理理念,加强人文关怀;又要加强队伍建设,提升信息素养;更要整合管理平台,推动载体联动,打好顶层设计,统筹规划,建立健全系统化学生工作管理信息服务系统。With the in-depth progress of the"Internet+"initiative,the Internet,with its connotations and advantages such as ubiquity and professionalism,convenience and high-efficiency,and flat-structure and socialization,is urging universities to explore innovative paths for student education and management models.As a result,current university student management work urgently needs to be upgraded and transformed in terms of concepts and ideas,team capabilities,and platform construction.Therefore,to build an innovative student management work mechanism of"Internet+Campus",it is necessary to not only update the management concept and strengthen humanistic care,but also strengthen team building and improve information literacy,and more importantly,integrate management platforms and promote the linkage of carriers.It is essential to make good top-level design,conduct overall planning,and establish and improve a systematic student-work-management information service system.
